Fernwood is a beautifully renovated, traditional brick and flint cottage located in the historic village of Docking, North Norfolk. With three spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms, it offers a stylish and welcoming retreat for couples, families, or friends looking to relax and reconnect.

Step inside to a bright and spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, complete with underfloor heating and a cosy Morso log burner. The handcrafted kitchen, designed by the renowned local company Naked Kitchens, is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances including a Miele oven and hob, Dualit appliances, and a KitchenAid mixer. A large dining table with seating for eight makes it ideal for shared meals and celebration dinners. Two separate seating areas with generous sofas provide plenty of space for lounging.
