The bespoke wooden kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs with a table to seat 4 people.

The sitting room next door offers a large & very comfy corner sofa with throws to relax and enjoy a Samsung large flat screen television, along with a DVD player including complimentary dvd’s. A Sonos speaker & a selection of books and magazines await you.

The Master bedroom offers a 5′ King size bed with views to the saltmarsh & you will find two 3′ single beds in bedroom 2, complete with a basket full of children’s toys and games to enjoy whilst staying with us.

Across the landing is the main bathroom with luxury fixtures and fittings from Burlington with a bath with shower over, wash basin and WC along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels.

Outside Is allocated parking for one car in a covered car park.

Maximum headroom for covered parking is 2m.

There is also an area for locking/securing bikes (not behind a lockable door).
